Description:

This pre-teen’s mother brought him to Dr. Schlechter because her son was having a tough time dealing with the excess breast tissue that he had developed. It was a source of embarrassment for him.  Gynecomastia, or male breast reduction, was the solution to the problem. After photos were taken at 6 months post op. After the procedure, the patient said he felt like normal and was no longer ashamed to get changed in the locker room at school.
